150 Elizabeth St Brisbane
150 Elizabeth is a proposed mixed-use development that includes the vacant development site fronting Elizabeth Street and incorporates the existing 155 Queen St building, Wintergarden Shopping Centre, Hilton Hotel and the Regent Heritage building.
The scheme includes plans for a new 42-storey commercial office tower, designed by prominent Australian architects Wardle Studios, that will link the heritage listed Regent Foyer in Queen Street and the Wintergarden.
The heritage listed Regent Theatre will be retained and its rich history will be celebrated and form an integral part of the overall design concept.
Sustainability excellence is embedded in the design of this new development, with plans to pursue the highest levels of environmental ratings, targeting 5.5 Star NABERS Energy 4.5 Star NABERS Water and 6 Star Green Star Buildings v1
